Welcome buttons have reverted to the default button color. Double check your logged out views! We had CSS in there to help blend the colors but it wasn't working out in most scenarios and just causing different colored buttons
Menu row highlighted changed, was causing too many conflicts. Now inherits the @xf-contentHighlightBg color.
Menu header background colors changed slightly (menuHeader)

Design mode node icon CSS corrected for the 2.3 version
Welcome notice was missing top + above content positions
Off-canvas arrow was using old FA code
